Our reoccurring 3-5 day non-residential immersion is a journey for all friends seeking to deepen their Yoga practice and gain practical knowledge to apply immediately. This immersive experience focuses on Asana, breath control and Pranayama, meditation and relaxation, providing you with essential direction and experience to create a lasting, enjoyable, independent and exciting Yoga exploration.
Throughout the immersions you’ll have 2-4 Mysore practices, the 8 limbs lead Masterclass, 2 workshops and 1 conference.
